View 4 has given me troubles in the past where it will not let me resize the desktop if I am connected via PCoIP. After doing some digging on google, I found a blogpost from thatsmyview.net which has a pretty slick walkthrough for making PCoIP work well.Click here to read the Thatsmyview Post
Additionally, I found that I have had to change the video memory of the base VM in order to make this work, posts from vmware communities suggested changing to 128mb, but I think that can be lessened with experimentation.
